What car is it in? What trans and diff ratio?
What are you using the car for?

With a big duration cam like 262/270, and CC4Vs, i would definitely go 3.85 crank.
Piston choices are:
CP bullet (2.5 cc flat tops) $950 incl rings - will require 0.020 deck height to get 11.3:1 with 63cc 4Vs
or SRP (11cc dish) 0.0 deck height will get you 10.7:1 $950 + rings

If you build it right with either manifold, 950cfm and good ignition and extractors, it should make 600hp+ & 520ft/lb+

I've made 557hp/508ft/lb with 3.85 stroke, tongued CC 4Vs, 10.6:1, 248/258 108LSA .600lift flat tappet, dual plane and 950cfm

Although i love 3.5 stroke, you cant beat the torque of a stroker paired with CC 4Vs

A stroked engine just moves the curve down into more streetable ranges.

I can make well over 600 hp and almost 480 lb-ft with a 3.5" stroke, but it's just a peaky engine.

And that right there shows the importance of intake port velocity... The flat top piston 355 Chevy that I have on the dyno right now makes over 470lbs torque with a 4412 two barrel but almost 100 less HP than your engine.
