Quick Tech question. On my 408 C build, Scat stroker kit, 10.5:1 static compression, custom built Lykins Motorsports CHI 4V alum heads, Lykins spec' 650+ lift solid roller cam, Holley Strip dominator and Hooker long tubes with 1 7/8 tubes.
Question: what CFM carb should I be looking at for street / maybe strip occasionally.
Also 3:89 rear gear, estimated 3500# car. 850? 950?

Something like a 950HP would be good but I've also done a few 408's with a 740 which is a custom built piece that uses a 650HP body and that works like gang busters in that type of application.

I wouldn't go under an 850. If you're not concerned about appearance, a Quick Fuel Q-850 would be my first choice.
