I have a Holley 750 on gasoline was running fine before letting it sit for 2 years.
Got the car running again recently and it was leaking at the primary accelerator pump. Took the carb off and replaced the accelerator pump, metering block, and bowl gaskets. Put the carb back on and was leaking fuel into the intake below the throttle blades. I pulled it apart and replaced the power valve. Put it all back together adjusted the floats again, checked fuel pressure @ 6 PSI (electric pump). Still leaking below the throttle blades. What else could it be? Could the needle and seat cause this?

If you did not clean the needle and seat or replace them, that would most definitely be the next thing I would check.

I did remove and clean them. The O ring on the primary looks bad. I just ordered new ones. Will see what happens. Thanks.

Agree with Matt, I have had carb leak or flood over after sitting, usually at least 2 years, and always seems to be brittle or shrunk o rings on needle and seat, took me a couple of times, before I change them every other season, if combo still going or before new one if carb sat.

Well just finished replacing the N&S and still leaking. Any other ideas guys?
Update.......
Fixed it. I took the PV out again and there was a burr not allowing it to seat. Removed the burr and no more leak.
