Has anyone installed a McLeod #6293-13 shield to the toploader with the 164 flywheel to the Cleveland? Bought this set up from NPD some years ago. Ready to install now but need the fork. Called McLeod's tech Dept and was informed it will only work with the T/5. Thanks in advance!

That part number is not coming up for me as a McLeod part. Do you have another part number?

Easiest way to tell if it will work with a Toploader is to measure the depth. If you lay it on the floor and measure from the floor up to the trans mounting face, it should be around 6.400" deep. A T5/TKO bell will be around 7" deep.

I checked that part number, only links that came up were from NPD, and they don't have measurements.

You'll have to pop it on the floor and measure it to see if it will work for sure. If the McLeod guys told you it was for a T5/TKO, then I'd say they're probably right though.
